It never ceases to amaze me that people get all up in arms over black face yet let Aboriginal Halloween costumes, giant fashionista head dresses, skin-tight Pocahontas dresses, and mock war paint go unchecked. Both are disrespectful in the same extreme way.
I agree and far too many people still dress up in ‘blackface’ despite it being more wildly known to be unacceptable. Trayvon Martin is not a halloween costume. I just honestly cannot believe how out of touch with humanity some people are.
